Gandhi Sagar

Located in the northern border of the districts of Neemuch and Mandsaur of Madhya Pradesh, is the Gandhi Sagar Sanctuary. This wildlife sanctuary is spread over a total area of 368.62 sq km and later on, after the year 1983, some more area was added to the existing land. This wildlife sanctuary is divided into two parts by River Chambal, that flows through the sanctuary.
