Dhuandhar Falls is located at Bhedaghat in Jabalpur. It is a popular destination among tourists as well as locals. Edged by green trees and shrubs, the ruffled and bustling Narmada River falling down from a height is like a beautiful painting come alive. The smoke cascade formed by fine water sprays is indeed a visual treat.

One can take a dip in the cool water along the banks upstream, roam around the viewpoints, click photos or sit back and enjoy nature's tranquillity amid the loud falls. Visitors can also have a boat or ropeway ride across the river. Many people buy marble artefacts from the local vendors. It is certainly a good place to come with family and friends.

Marble Rocks, located just one kilometre from here is also worth seeing. Balancing Rocks, Chausat Yogini Temple, Tiger N Woods Forest Resort, Dumna Nature Reserve, Bastar Palace, Madan Mahal Fort and Bargi Dam are other beautiful places in Jabalpur. The falls are sited just 2 kilometres from Nauka Vihar from where local rickshaws can be availed or else one can hire a taxi from Jabalpur town itself. The months from September to March is the best time to visit.
