Itinerary- World Heritage Sites

  • Day 1:   Arrival Bhopal, Local Bhopal and Night stay

    Arrival Bhopal Airport/ Railway Station meet and greet by our Company representative, Pick up from Airport/ Railway Station and transfer to hotel. Relax/rest for some time and move to visit Bhopal “city of Lakes” Start from Mahaveer Giri, Bada Lake, Lake View, Van Vihar, Manav Sangrahalaya and than Tribal Museum and. In the evening visit Shaurya Smarak before 07:00 PM and Birla Mandir before 09:00 PM. In the evening return to hotel for a night stay.  (you can have your dinner at Wind & Waves, restaurant near to Lake)

  • Day 2:   Visit Sanchi, 48 kms. (Udaigiri caves Optional)

    Morning after breakfast at 10:00 AM depart to Sanchi, Arrival Sanchi after 2-3 hours, visit Sanchi visit local places like  the World renowned Stupas, Monasteries, temples and pillars which was built in the reign of Mughal Emperor Ashoka in 300 BC. The Buddhist sites at Sanchi were added to the World Heritage list in 1989. Amongst the many Stupas the most renowned is the Great Stupa 1 that was built by the Great Mauryan emperor Ashoka. Ashoka built a total of eight stupas at Sanchi in the 3 B.C. though today only three of the Stupas remain. These Stupas have the relics of Buddha like His teeth, hair and the shoulder bones. The Great Stupa 1 is a major tourist attraction at Sanchi. Return to Bhopal. In the evening after sunset you can visit Sair Sapata and DB Mall for some shopping. Return to Hotel for a night stay.

  • Day 3:   Visit Bhojpur and Bhimbetika

    Bhopal to Bhojpur 28 kms, Bhojpur to Bhimbetka 35 kms, 

    Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and depart to visit Bhojpur and Bhimbetika.  Arrival Bhojpur after 1 hours. Visit Shiv Mandir. This shiv Mandir has the biggest shivling in world.

    Move to Bhimbetika. It is around 35 K.M. from the Bhojpur. Surrounded by the northern fringe of the Vindhya mountain range, Bhimbetka is also known as Bhima’s Lounge (Bhima was the second of the five Pandava princes in the Hindu epic Mahabharata). A pre-historic site, its giant rock formation must have provided ample shelter to the ancient tribes that dwelt here. Recently, about 760 rock shelters of the Neolithic age (circa 8,000 b.c.) were discovered here. These shelters are decorated with picture writings, depicting the life and times of pre-historic cave dwellers. Some of the drawings in white are reminiscent of the cave paintings in Pachmarhi, making the Bhimbetka group an archaeological treasure trove, an invaluable chronicle in the history of man. In the evening drop at Railway Station/ Airport. Proceed for onward journey.

  • Any deviation from route plan.
  • Gypsy Charges Charges at Pachmarhi for some spots like Jatashankar, Church, Bee fall, Lunch Parasailing, Reechgarh, Dhoopgarh and Safari charges at Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Pench or any other national park.
  • Amusement Park charges, National Park, Entry Tickets, Museum Entry Tickets will be directly paid by client. Camera Charges.
  • Anything other than mentioned in Includes.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

  • Request to pay 50% advance at the time of booking, In case of Air package, 50% of Land package cost and full amount of Air Tickets cost should be paid as an advance. Balance/Final payment 5 days prior to the date of commencement on Tour.
  • In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing or by text.
  • Air Tickets/Rail Tickets/Cruise Tickets/Bus Tickets cancellation charges will be applicable as per company norms.
  • Cancellation before 30 days from the date of departure will attract charges of 10% of Package cost as services charges. From the booking date till 30 days prior to the departure date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable, From 30 days to 15 days 50 %, From 15 days to 7 days 75 % and for cancellations made within 5 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable. (May vary from Hotel to Hotel)
  • In case of peak season bookings there will be separate cancellation policy as applicable by Hotels and Transporters.

Terms and Conditions

  • Mostly there are no AC rooms at Hill Station destinations.
  • All national Parks remain closed during rainy seasons.
  • If Room heaters are required client need to pay extra cost for the same.
  • Some hotels my charge extra for driver/servant stay and food so please instruct driver to manage on his own as we have already paid them night charges and driver Batta, still if you want to Tip him it will be your generosity.
  • In cabs AC will be non operational in Hilly areas due to safety issue.
  • Please note that there are some places at hill station where vehicles are not allowed. You have to manage sightseeing of that place by your own.
  • Parking is always a big problem at hill stations, so sometimes drivers have to Park the vehicle away from the hotel. Please ring your driver 1 hour prior leaving the hotel.
  • Please maintain the timing as per the itinerary so as to avoid chaos.
  • Planet Dreamz will not be responsible for civil disturbances, theft, accidents, natural calamities, traffic jam, delay train/bus/airplane and other such incidents beyond human control.

Things to be known

  • Please carry a handy water bottle and a backpack which can be used at the time of excursion and local visit, Medicine if required any, First Aid kit, Contact Details of Guardian, Sports Shoes, Torch.
  • Carry copies of your ID’s and other travel documents.
  • Leave a copy of your Air / Rail Tickets at home and at travel agent office.
  • Advisable to shop at the Govt. Emporia/Fixed Price Shops to ensure quality and reasonable prices.
  • Check power voltage before using electrical instruments (220/240 V are available in India).
  • Keep your valuables in hotel lockers/safe deposit vaults.
  • You are advised to contact the nearest India Tourism Office/State Govt. Tourist Office or Government approved Travel Agents/Tour Operators for local sightseeing and excursion tours.
  • Fast Trains/Intercity express are available between several tourist centers. Consult the Railway Information Office or India Tourism Office/State Govt. Tourist Office.
  • Always hire a Govt. approved tourist guide who invariably carries an identity card.
  • Check about photography permissions/video filming at any monument. Contact the nearest India Tourism Office/State Govt. Tourist Office
  • Change money only at the Authorised Foreign Exchange Outlets/Banks/Hotels and insist on receipt for money changed.
  • For guide map of the city/tourist information, contact the nearest India Tourism Office/State Govt. Tourist Office
  • Observe local tradition/customs while visiting religious places..
  • There is prohibition on liquor in a few states. Check details from the nearest Tourism Office about the same.
  • Smoking not allowed in public places and vehicles in some states.
  • Do not buy goods from road side unless and until you feel satisfied.
  • Don't encourage beggars.
  • Don't accept food/drinks from strangers.
  • Export of Indian Currency is banned.
  • Don't be coerced into shopping by touts/guides/cab/taxi drivers or strangers.
  • Don't buy articles made from rare/endangered species of animals which are banned.

Law and Jurisdiction

  • For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by The Travel Planners, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Bhopal, M.P.

Personal Property

  • Your personal property, including baggage, is your own responsibility at all times, unless any loss or damage is due to our negligence or failure to carry out our responsibility.

Bhopal and Indore are very well connected with Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and other major cities. Gwalior, Jabalpur and Khajuraho have connecting flights from different-different cities.

The major cities of Madhya Pradesh like Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Khajuraho, Rewa, Ujjain etc. are very well connected by train from all major state and Cities of India like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc.

Madhya Pradesh is directly connected by Rajasthan, Gujrat, Maharatshtra, Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh by road/ Bus Services.
